Welcome to the magical sound of Enchanté.

Originally formed by Laurraine Sigouin and Jake Levesque to celebrate the rich and varied traditions of French music around the world, Enchanté has expanded to become one of the most flexible musical groups around.

We sing in French, we sing in English, occasionally even in Portuguese.  We can do an entire evening in either of Canada's two official languages of love, or mix it up if you prefer.

We can present an exciting concert or provide wonderful background music for dinner or cocktails.

And we perform in many formations, from a dynamic quartet to a spectacular seven-piece ensemble, featuring outstanding artists on accordion or fiddle as well as drums, percussion, keyboards, bass and guitar.  And always, the lovely, engaging vocals of Laurraine.

Enchanté draws inspiration from the classic songs of Edith Piaf and Henri Salvador; also from Pink Martini, Zachary Richard, and Buckwheat Zydeco.  English-language standards from the American Songbook are also in our repertoire, and classic popular hits from the 60's to the present day.

You'll hear a broad spectrum of sounds, including jazz, latin, zydeco, contemporary pop, and French Canadian traditional music.  There's also a growing number of exciting original compositions.

Whatever your native tongue, Enchanté is a hit!
